I try to be there for all my friends giving advice and will even put myself in harms way for them.  Problem is I'm quite emotional irl so if my friends are upset and ask me for advice I get upset too 😂

I'm more like the, me and the boys type of friend lol, I'm Very loyal maybe a bit too much cuss I can't let go of people who turned bad or are just bad, it took so much energy to not make contact with these people again and I felt so lonely that I gave up and made contact again, I almost got accused of a crime I did not commit cuss I was just walking next to said friend, I only have one good friend left, god I feel lonely...

I've only really met one person who ticked the "true friend" box in good faith. Most people over estimate how nice they are, and it really shows in this thread.

As for me, I like to be a central component of a friend group without having too much attention on me. That's how my friend groups are now and it's dope.

I mean it's all depends, I still viewed my friends as "acquaintances" to avoid some attachments. Even though I may seems a bit distance to some of my friends, or annoyed with them- sorta like the kind that seems hard on the outside towards them but actually cares a lot about them.
