I know i might ask you a bit much, but could you draw my OC Mesme Rize? (Pick below)

 

He is a Lamia pony, half pony, half snake. His left eye is his normal eyes. Green with slit pupils, like a snake. His right eye is part of his hypnotic stare, because he has hypnotic powers.
