Today in Chiang Mai, Thailand I went to the Tiger Kingdom, apparently the only place in the world that allows you to touch and interact with; you guessed it, real tigers. Suffice to say, a unique experience I'll never forget.

 

 

 

 

 

I also went elephant riding. I think the picture says enough about it.

 

 

 

I did see a rainbow when while it was blowing water with its trunk!

 

Dual perspective ride by high five!

 

 

 

 

A pretty awesome day with another adventure trekking in the mountains/jungle for tomorrow. The ride never ends!

Oh they were very much awake, just chilling out! They are hand reared and it's OK to touch their tail so long as -

• You aren't in front of them
• You don't touch the paws
• You don't touch their head or neck

The experience is monitored by trainers and they do some pretty crazy stuff with them, haha. Despite being able to easily kill a human, it felt completely safe. The baby tigers were more dangerous, haha. They play pretty roughly!
