ExplosionMare 18,113 June 29, 2019 Share June 29, 2019 I like to be at home a lot but not ALL DAY. I like to go outside too when it’s nice. If it isn’t nice I at least like to go out to eat or at stores or something if I can. 1 Boom!
Fluttershutter 2,665 June 29, 2019 Share June 29, 2019 (edited) Absolutely. There's little for me in the outside world. The only things I really want to leave the house for are restaurant food and theater movies and I do that only sparingly. Dreambiscuit 10,768 June 29, 2019 Share June 29, 2019 Homebody?! Perish the thought!! I hate being at home when I could be out exploring and experiencing new things. There's a limited fascination to be found in four walls and a ceiling.
TBD 17,263 July 2, 2019 Share July 2, 2019 I'm home most of the time. I do also go out to a bar to study since my campus has one near it. But yeah, (aside from college) I work and then head home to do some more work, chores. Then it repeats, story of my life. 1 ♪ "I practice every day to find some clever lines to say, to make the meaning come through"♪
Shiki 5,857 July 3, 2019 Share July 3, 2019 I leave the house to go to therapy and other appointments and that's literally it. 2 You'll be entranced by me ♥
Cash In 22,763 July 3, 2019 Share July 3, 2019 I wasn't sure what the term meant until I searched it up, but yes, I would be considered a massive homebody. I despise leaving my house, save for Saturdays, which I can tolerate. 1 At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do. The Historian 516 July 4, 2019 Share July 4, 2019 Primarily, I go to work and the store then spend the rest of my time at home. I'm an introvert so socializing really isn't my thing. I prefer to be at home with my video games than out and about. If I get invited somewhere, I usually go but otherwise, you don't find me out and about too often. Thuja 3,663 July 4, 2019 Share July 4, 2019 I prefer staying at home most of the time, much to the irritation of my nurse. She wants me to get out more but I find it hard to do that sometimes.
Treeglow Flicker 14,042 July 4, 2019 Share July 4, 2019 I am definitely a homebody. It's where I eat, sleep work and play. Usually I'll go out to perform a few chores or to take care of the odd important obligation. But a vast majority of my time is spent in the house. There used to be a time when I wouldn't leave the house months at a time. I would spend most of my time in my room just working and studying. A sort of "The fate of Equestria doesn't rely on me making friends" sort of deal to put it in pony terms. Minus the dragon assistant.
CoconutCake 360 July 5, 2019 Share July 5, 2019 For sure. I spent my entire youth/teenage life going out, dating, being around people, exploring jobs, being at school, etc. These past few years (I'm 24 years old) I've been discovering new things about me and spending time with myself. It's quite interesting how much you can learn just by spending some time alone and learning new things! I've discovered I'm good at art, reading books I never thought I'd read, studying things I've never studied on my own, spending time with family, etc! My anxiety/panic attacks have gotten worse since age 21 so... it makes it hard to spend time away for too long. But that's okay for now. Who knows what the future holds.
