What resources would worthwhile in taking off Equestria?

What resources would be worthwhile in taking off Equestria? All Bronies and everyone who supports non human rights are hunted down and killed.  

 

Humanity completely roflstomps Equestria with a mix of nuclear weapons and chemical weapons when it invades. Wiping out 80% of the population, the remaining bow before our military superiority in fear.

 

Their world is rather clean, so many resources can be harvested from their lands. The unicorns magical abilities could be harnessed by brutal scientific experiments, possible super soldiers could be created by using their DNA and magic to create these soldiers.  

 

What other things could be used to benefit humanity in the subjugation of the ponies?

Nah, I'm kidding. Uhh.....I could see magical artifacts as being quite important. Since they pretty much have immense power that could very well be unstoppable. Sunset Shimmer proved that friendship and harmony are not a direct requirement to use these things.

Well seeing as 4/5 of the worlds strongest nations are under a democracy of some sort the likelyhood of Mankind conquering Ponykin is unlikely without conflict between other nations... Though if it were to happen the best recource to take would be any recource(s) that dont exsist in our world...

My reaction to this..

"Equestria needs a hero, to face this alien threat.. To fight back against these 'humans', to regain our freedom.. A hero to reclaim our home, and banish those who threaten us.. that hero.. is me!" ~[insert name of epic equestrian pony hero character here]

 

But in answer to the questions i would say any resources that do not exist in our own world.. any elements that are unknown to us and which we can observe and research..

Also, anything worth a lot of money, such as gems and gold would be harvested to fuel the financial side of the "invasion"
