Size isn't right. Banners tend to be 999x255 instead of whatever this is.

The staff don't request from you, you submit one to someone like Jeric and they send it to a site dev.

 

You could always make two versions. Assuming you're saving this in a format that you can still move the individual characters you could make a version after you're done where you put the characters on top of eachother, only allowing space for the heads to show.
