How would they even play if they aren't unicorns or alicorns? Wouldn't it be painful to hold a heavy bat with your mouth and have to hit a 93 mph fastball? And wouldn't it be hard to hold a bat like Octavia holds her bow? And would you have to catch the ball with your mouth? Ouch. If not, how would you use a glove? I don't think baseball in Equestria would work out too well.
