I'm graduating in about a month and today was the last day to submit for the yearbook quote. my first submission was rejected for being to long but my second quote was accepted.

So I'm curious, what is/was your yearbook quote?

Quote #1: "What I wouldn't give to play some games. I would hunt a monster with my sword, I would protect a city with my burning Light, challenge an army of aliens to personal combat and scatter them, I... I've been playing too many video games lately." - Self
Its a reference to a quote in Destiny
Quote #2: "Goodbye everyone, I’ll remember you all in therapy. " – Plankton
I chose this because I went through a lot of stress in school for years... and I love Spongebob

Great Spongebob quote choice. Anyway, I'm a long way off from graduating (being in 7th grade), but I have seen some things that would work well as a quote. Currently, me and my friend are planning a joke one where he says "You're fired" and I say, "You're fired more!". That's how we greet each other. My other idea is just this: "It works for PIIIIIIIGGGGGGSSSSSS!!!!!" It's from Gravity Falls and makes perfect nonsense. I can't remember the other things I've seen, but there were quite a few good ones.

"Your job isn't to ask questions; your JOB is to get me STRAWS." - My friend joking with his friend who was waiting on him at a restaurant when he asked for 27 straws.

And

"Speaking down from above casts a shadow on the ones in search of the sun." - "Out of Control" by the Ghost Inside. Chosen because of the shit I dealt with in middle and high school.

Well I didn't partake in the yearbook thing, so I never did that quote thing. I was going to skip the whole celebration ceremony and I didn't want to have anything to do with it. :P School has always been awful for me so not being in the yearbook, my name isn't in it pretty much summarizes how I feel about it.

Note that due to being homeschooled, I never had a yearbook of sorts; however, I know this would be my quote for it:

"Time is just an illusionary factoid that all natural things are bound to. It has the power to crumble even the mightiest of mountains into little more than dust, yet if it is an illusion, why is this so? Because people waste a lot of time, only wishing they had more. Little do people realize an inescapable fact:

Time governs those who wish they had more of it. By wishing you could use it better, you govern time, and you can get all the time you'll ever need."

Written by yours truly.  :P

Mine was an out of context quote from a friend:

"It's like a switchblade."

My Yearbook quote would probably be something funny like.

"Crazy People like me, just make life more fun don't ya think? NO? You're Fired!" or "I made it? Oh I must be one of the lucky ones"

We used to have a yearbook back when I was in France, and the quote I had was in French but well I'll translate it so you guys can get it x)

So my quote was: "If you can't love yourself, how can you love somebody else?"

...If anyone gets where this is from you deserve a cookie  :D

My high school sucked. We didn't have senior quotes and we weren't even allowed to decorate our caps. EVEN THOUGH WE KEEP THEM AFTER FREAKIN GRADUATION. Like the hell.

I do not recall having one. It has been nine years now (Geez, I'm old >.<), but I'm pretty sure I'd remember if we had one.

"Those who sow in tears, shall reap in joy."

I had no idea it was a psalm until I just now double checked the praising of it. I actually got it from Machine Head's 5th album "Through The Ashes Of Empires" which is the epitaph of a tombstone in the albums gate-fold. I thought it was a good analogy for ones efforts, struggles and hardships in High School meaning something in the end.
