Holy crap. No way. They get a regular-ish supporting role, a voice and you even get to look at the script. You get credit for the design and backstory and everyone knows it was your character.

While the design, name and backstory will stay intact, you no longer get to claim full ownership of it, Hasbro gets to make changes to their role without your say-so and you only get a one-time meager payment (maybe 100 bucks) for Hasbro to use it as much as they want.

 

Would you let them take it?

That would be super rad. Hasbro buys my OC AND they put him on the show AND I get credit for creating him? I would absolutely let them take it. I'm not too overly protective about my OC's. In fact, I consider them public domain as long as I get credit for creating them.

I would totally go for it. Kyoshi is my Ponysona, is me in pony form. Regardless of him being on the show, that would still hold true for me. Hasbro could change everything about him but the Kyoshi that I am would still be intact. With that said, I basically would be getting $100 for free. XD Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

Not only is it my OC that will be in the show and the fact that it's going to become canon, it would also be a golden opportunity, to integrate Lamiaponies into the show. Maybe then they will become as popular as Batponies do and that would make me very happy.

It all sounds like one of my dreams becoming a reality. Being able to have my O.C canon in the show is a wonderful idea...however, I don't exactly like the fact that they might make a few changes in his role like changing his personality and taking away his ability to fight using his powers.

No. My OC is not fit for a show like MLP at its current state. If Hasbro gets to change Kronos in any way whatsoever, then I'll most likely be very disappointed in the changes made to Kronos. it's a personal, creative thing for me. Sure, I'll get credit for making him, but I want credit for what he's SUPPOSED to be, not what the producers WANT him to be.

Eh, as much as I may like having Sēkr get some nice recognition and all, he's effectively a ponysona, no as such, I'd be pretty against having anybody else have its over him.

 

Besides, I doubt that we'd have much need for a board game designer in much of the adventures on the show, even if he's also a major armchair historian

Oh, if that's the case, then I'd love to see how they'll utilize Kronos' warrior attitude in the show, no matter how little his role is. However, the only condition I have is that he should be voiced by either myself, Johnny Depp, George Clooney, or Robert Downey, Jr.

i would love the devs to take my OC.... but i would stress to them that MY OC cutie mark is MINE!!!!

if they did use my OC they would need multipul voice actors as he is literaly crazy... or they could get a very good voicer, one who can make multipul voices.... multipul personalities...
