if you're okay with spoilers, i'll say it, Starlight glimmer becomes a regular, so it's completely possible she joins the m6. Sunset did for eqg, so.

I always used to get confused over the mane 6, too. Especially after Sunset Shimmer became a side character, and even after  Starlight's redemption!
Like, was Starlight a member of the mane six, or just a side pony?
