Those are pretty weird. Telepopmusik reminds me of Bjork.

Sopor Aeternus and the Ensemble of Shadows is one of my all time favorite "weird" bands. Anna Varney's voice is superb!

Woah woah woah...there's MORE genres of weird-ass music I can discover?!?!

 

Oh god damn I need to check this out, but for now, have some weird stuff I have no idea what genre it can be that I love.

I love electronic music with no rhyme or reason, the kind that allows you to float aimlessly through its mess of sound. Maybe it's because of my half-deafness, but...I like those kind of sounds.

 

I'm actually soothed by the sounds of a dial-up modem, I like the bizarre and scratchy side of electronic. I love the sounds of electronic music when it's inconsistent and mindless, flowing and undulating like a river of noise in a storm of static. Here's some examples.

Does anyone use those "genre" terms apart from the bands themselves? Bat For Lashes get airplay on mainstream British radio along with the rest of the indie synth/pop stuff.
