Well if something like this were to happen, than things would get really weird, and really bad fast. Ponyville would be in for a grim reminder of their own mortality.

I feel like a 'Pinkie' version of Maud would be a hard rocker. Makes sense to me. Thus, endless loud music playing and huge concert parties. XD Wouldn't mind seeing that actually. Maybe have Pinkie be involved in teaching her a moral lesson of some kind.

That should be a plot point of an episode. Maud going completely 180 and becoming her own version of a Pinkie Pie Then Pinkie Pie herself has to remind her of who she truly is inside, which is a flat-voiced rock-obsessed robotic mare.
