Does Grow Up, Timmy Turner count as a movie?

I would count that as a real movie. I forgot about that until right now.

I didn't know they made three of those....

Yep. Those movies were garbage, and the casting was awkwardly bad.
You know why they had Drake Bell as Timmy? I mean, I liked Drake Bell and all, but that reason is very obvious as to why they casted him.

I’ve seen many a film

but shark boy and lava girl really cracks my skull

i have pretty low tolerance for movies, like I thought Chicken little was good until the end

its just so...

i don’t know ,it feels like it just doesn’t care about anything and the only parts that I found entertaining were the parts about the main character. I feel that even the animation was kinda horrific, the scene where the spaceship lands is so horrid I had to look away no exaggeration

Spoiler

But they tried to make an effort to have a backstories like at the beginning with shark boy, but it was not interesting

Then we know nothing about lava girl other than she exists in the movie.( I knew that because of the title)

the only time I knew what she had for superpowers was when the main character announced she shot lava out of her hands

then he goes to school next day and they pop out of the wall and take him to a planet out of the solar system in less than a minute with no explanation

they get to a dream land and it’s dying which is effecting earth somehow and all these kids are trapped on a Roller coaster for no reason then he fights an electric big daddy ( from boishock ) Sorta thing with his teachers face and they fight and that’s it

the moral of the story is some thing don’t have to exist

Well, the movie I was most disappointed in was Avatar the last airbender. :okiedokieloki: I was just depressed when I finished it. appacomparison_1277226951.jpg Ugh.....

I hated how in the movie Appa was't treated as a character like in the show, but more of a glorified taxi service for all of the main characters. Though to be fair, all the characters in the movie were written as interesting as a cardboard, so I guess Appa isn't any different.

I remember there is a line in that movie, where Iroh starts to firebend towards the end, and one his his men yells out "he's making fire out of nothing!"

I love the show, but man that movie was awful. Either that or Lady in the Water have to be M Nights worst movies he's ever done.

To be fair, I watched the beginning till like 30 minutes, then skipped a part and watched the last 15 minutes. I could see through it. :twi:

If anybody really wants a hilariously cheesy B-movie, check out "The Stuff" from 1985. It's about parasitic Ice Cream, that possesses those who eat it. It's one of my favorite terrible movies ever. The scene with Chocolate Chip Charlie towards the end is legendary.

I once had to sit through The Last Airbender just to prove to my mom that it was a bad movie.

We returned it immediately after the infamous "Pebble Dance" scene

Out of all the bad films that were review by Nostalgia Critic and that I personally saw in theaters, it's "Son of the Mask" that I regret seeing the most because of its utter hideous-ness.

You want more details, go watch Nostalgia Critic's review of it from Early 2013. There's also a few MLP references in there.

This... THING, a cliché story, absurd, full of plot holes, and just bad, I understand that it is a comedy and don't have to think it much, but this is too forced and NOT funny, and also full of characters too unreal and unpleasant.

I win this thread/conversation.

Yeh, I know most are bound to flippitantly toss that claim about, but I know, and can back this up.

My buddy here on the forums, @Someguyinablazer, introduced me to this little nugget a good while ago. And I am quite certain they'll know exactly what I'm talking about just by the notification when it reaches them. In fact, no doubt, being an aficionado of film they'd be willing to post here the entirety of it.

Serene Velocity. As I believe it to be called, is a test of endurance and willpower. Oh, you heeear reviewers yuking it up about how unbearable some films are, but this... is literally, without jest, just seventeenish minutes of screeching as the recording fails over the unchanging shot of an empty, poorly lit hallway.

I do not kid when I say that I'm pretty sure a small amount of bleeding occurred in my brain while trying to sit through it. At one point, I'm pretty sure I found myself noticing that I had begun to try gnawing on my own flesh in an attempt to remind myself that I can still register feeling in my brain. No exaggeration.

But, I hear you say! It's only a handful of minutes! That's not even a movie! And to that I feel I must point out that it was still physically made by somebody. For the purpose of having another living being watch it.

What I will say in Serene Velocity's favor, is that it really must take talent to film something without dialogue, story or even moving figures or an actually reliable camera set-up. To just, so clearly and intentionally somehow manage to avoid all of those points. It truly makes the watcher be so very, very appreciative of just... literally all of existence that everything else is so much more comprehensible and... and... just not this!

Beatings & Salivations Everybeing!   Creativity is something blatantly important to me as is no doubt evidenced by the 28 OCs I have posted here of the some forty plus I have, they're linked altogether at the bottom of my About Me page in my Profile & I would deeply cherish anything you wish to say about them! Among which of those I am proudest most of is my Draconequusona, His/My Ask Thread  and my Hydra, Gallimaufry or "Mauf" and their own Ask Thread!  Either way, sufficed to say, I am quite confident I have more OCs than you! Crazier to! Do You have a tatzelpony?! No, I rather think you don't! Hew-Hew-hew!

The worst movie I'v ever seen was this movie called "San Andreas Quake" which was a knock-off of the actually really good movie that came out around the same time called "San Andreas". Unfortunately I hadn't looked at the title too closely and unknowingly I bought the knock-off version which was a complete waste of money and 80 minutes of my life. I kept expecting the Rock Johnson to appear but he never did, prompting me to look again at the title of the movie preceding my extreme disappointment and anger that I was ripped off of my money.

Yeah, The Last Airbender sucks.

The show's awesome, but the movie's absolutely terrible.

I don't even know why the movie was ever made in the first place, I mean making a movie off the show was already a pretty bad idea. (Unless it's done right, of course, but most show to movie or game to movie adaptations suck when it comes to movies).

Anyway, for my worst movie (or movies), I'd have to say Food Fight, Twilight, Frozen, and Titanic.

Titanic, because it was just way too over dramatic/or at least overdone and cheesy, Frozen because the songs were annoying, and the movie honestly didn't even make that much sense, and Twilight and Food Fight go without explaining.
