Beating Ninja Gaiden. That game plays dirty, especially towards the end. If you die at the final boss, it sends you three stages back. It's complete bullshit, but beating it is really satisfying

Beating The Bad Place on Fur Fighters. The Dreamcast version of the game had an enemy respawning glitch that makes the last section of it nigh on impossible to beat, so when I finally did after 15 years of hard graft, it was an incredible feeling!

Beating Mike Tyson in Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out. 

And beating the boss rush mode in Resident Evil File 2.

Getting the Platinum Trophy in Yooka Laylee. I honestly didn't have a good time the game itself, but when I hit that 100%, it was the best feeling in the world. 

Beating Canary Mary's 2nd Cheato Page race on Cloud Cukooland in Banjo Tooie's Xbox 360 version. People who have played this game know how infamous this part is, especially using the Xbox 360 or Xbox One controller instead of the 64 controller. 

Finally taking down Ornsetin and Smough in the original Dark Souls as well as beating the game itself was truly an experience.

My proudest moments are the friends I made. They don't know how much they mean to me, and prolly never will now, qq. I have problems making friends, even online sometimes, but the people I played games with, that I talked to every day while we played games 24/7 lol. I played mmos. Lotro, league of legends, and a website called gaia. But yeah, so glad I got to connect with people like that. 

(Other than Lotro and pokemon) I never cared too much about being good at games so I don't really have any accomplishments I'm 'proud' of coming to mind quick. Was too busy having fun with my internet friends and buying skins for the most part.

The Dark Souls series is home to some of my veeeeeeery proudest moments. Defeating Ornstein and Smough was amazing, but also defeating Gwyn himself, WITHOUT the use of parrying, and thus beating the game, holy crap that was awesome. Dark Souls 2...Meh. Dark Souls 3, beating the game was a big deal, but the main thing I was proud of was defeating The Nameless King, often cited as the hardest boss in the game by a large margin. Took me a decent while, but I finally got him down like a science. I then went on to defeat him on my 2nd playthrough and afterwards, helping others defeat him as a Sunbro over 70 times. Yeah. Best boss fight in the game.

Here is something a bit more minor, but I remember being really proud the first time I got the 3 original jewels in Ocarina of Time. Becoming adult Link was super cool and I could not grasp just how much more game was ahead of me.

My proudest moment in gaming?

Probably my 2nd 100% run of Super Mario Galaxy, which is the only way to truly complete the game because you have to do redo everything as Luigi and then the game rewards you with an extra level at the very end that takes you full circle as you end up back in front of Peach's castle.

playing ARMA 3 flying the L39, hit by two rocket engines cut out, go inverted, land on the ground inverted on the canopy, somehow didn't blow up, tank firing at me run across town basically screaming, survived very intense moment, just to get run over by civilian while crossing thew street while looking behind me.

 

Lesson here, always look where your going and remember who the real enemy is.
