I don’t understand why I have an orange banner saying that My content needs to be approved by a moderator?

can someone explain before I am possibly banished?

Which section are you trying to post in? For areas like Site Questions, all non-mod posts require approval -- including this one here!

In some areas of the site (such as this area), your posts need to be approved by a mod before they will actually appear. (I imagine) this is to make sure that people give actual correct advice that won't bring harm or undue stress to another user.

Or are you seeing the orange banner everywhere on the site?

Like they wrote, certain parts of this forum, including this, requires mod approval for most users. If I'm not mistaken, you'll see this condition everywhere else if you have an extensive record of breaking rules as well

Hrmmm. I'm not seeing you being stuck in the queue system right now. Are you getting it everywhere, or just in certain sub-forums? Or has it gone away again?
