Oh, they can have holes in them! I dropped many things inside the pants/jackets/whatever. Zippers won't help! Also a zipper's life time is expected to be around 8-10 years! You don't want your precious gold to escape your pockets! (You have gold right? I have. You keep gold in your pockets too?)

ANYWAY before I got, AHEM...sidetracked to answer the question at hand, I usually carry a pocket knife, wallet, and sometimes some car keys!

 I got my eye on you cowboy. 
 

Anywho, I did once use a wallet that I would put in my back pocket but my mother got me a wallet/purse this Christmas. Basically just a big wallet but it’s got a small shoulder strap on it. Now the only thing you’ll find in my pockets are my phone and truck keys that I got attached to a lanyard that’s always hanging out a pocket lol.

Currently nothing, but usually I'll carry a plethora of items. My uniform lets me do that. Obviously I carry my phone and wallet, but I'll also carry a pocket knife, my dog tags, a cloth to clean my glasses, a couple of pens, and for whatever reason, a pair of ear protection plugs, just in case we... I dunno, go to a range? Get shelled? I really don't know why I carry them. xD

Also my patrol cap, when not being worn, gets folded up and stuffed into my right cargo pocket. If it's cold I'll carry gloves in my left cargo pocket, and if I'm carrying paperwork they get folded up and placed in my left chest pocket. Ye. :3
