Roast potatoes (real ones peeled and cut up), done in the oven in a mix of vegetable oil and pork sausage and bacon fats, with a couple of cloves of garlic and a dash of mixed herbs, and eaten with fried egg and bacon and fried tomato wedges. Sounds a bit odd but was really nice actually.

Sort of a cottage pie thingy - well basically the same stuff, put together but not actually achieving a pie shape - minced beef fried in sunflower seed oil with chopped onion, mixed peppers and garlic, and black pepper, and had with mashed potato and a bit of leftover brocolli.

A Mamut. It's a mexican dessert that is two wafer cookies with marshmallow in the middle, covered in chocolate. Sort like a moonpie.

I had a New Orleans bratwurst on a bun with grilled onions, red and green peppers, southwest spicy mustard and horseradish sauce. Not bad for what I had lying around in the fridge.
