I was excited when I first saw that screenshot of her in EqG. As a G1 fan, I love any and all references to it in FiM or EqG, even if I'm not a fan of the latter.

According to a trivia in G1 wiki, the girl in RoF, isn’t her, as stated by a writer. Can anyone confirm that?

It's such a disappointment that humans - particularly Megan, Danny, and Molly - and mythological ones didn't return in the later incarnations of My Little Pony after G1... 

Damn you, Lauren... Well, I suppose I understand that she had her personal reasons for not including them in G4... but still. 

Anyway, Danny's the one who created the Magic of Friendship because - as we all know - he's the Original Brony, which makes him the most prominent character/protagonist in the franchise. 

Danny had authority since G1... he was also resorurceful, stalwart, and everything. He even saved Ponyland frequently from various foes, as well.
