Two alarms set two minutes apart with no snoozes. I put my phone on the other side of the room so that my body/brain doesn't betray me and just turn it off without actually waking up lol

I have about 18 alarms set on my phone. I try to set my alarm in fifteen minute intervals, so I can try to make sure that I wake up. I don't think I've ever hit the snooze button on my alarm.

I have a slightly unusual alarm. I have a 20 minute long playlist set up on a Raspberry Pi that's mounted in the rack. I set it to go off 20 minutes before I have to get up. The playlist consists of music that starts kinda quiet and slow and gets louder. After the 20 minute mark there are some annoying pure tones and some other songs.

There is a small amplifier connected to the Raspberry Pi and a speaker near my bed.

To turn the alarm off, I have to get out of the bed and go switch off power to the amplifier.

The only time this fails to wake me up is if I forget to turn it on when going to bed or forget to change the time to what I need.

I have never used an alarm... on days where I have needed to wake up in the middle of the night, like to go to the airport, I set an alarm. But my body still wakes up before the alarm goes off somehow lool

im usually a light sleeper so i dont have to hit the snooze button unless it was a long and late night gaming, then maybe like twice. i always set two alarms 15 minutes apart just in case though

I have about ten alarms set on my phone, and I normally press snooze for most of them.

With a full time job I can’t afford to hit the snooze button. I get up, get ready and head straight to work. No time to snooze
