I am actually also having problems eating at the moment. It is quite difficult as I can easily cook food, like the stew I did today, and prepare everything to perfectness. But my mind and anxiety makes it really difficult to eat it right now.

For me, it is very rare though (but it is very serious if it continues, and I will seek help if that happens). It only happens when I am being very pressured by something or someone, either to perform my very best, or just to try to be normal when normal isn't enough.

 

 

I am currently feeling okay, since I got some things figured out.

I am feeling a bit disappointed cause I’m on this medicine for nausea and I still had gag reflexes when I woke up this morning. I don’t know what’s wrong, I’m not overly nervous, I think I would know if I was

The medicine is in the form of a tiny square, so it doesn’t hurt me at all. I’m not sure if I have reflux but other members in my family do so it’s possible. If I do have it though, then that would be strange to develop it all of a sudden and not many years ago.
