If one were not averse to...supplementary treatment...I would highly recommend taking Niacin and Vitamin D₃. Natural supplements, as opposed to pharmaceuticals. Keeps me balanced if ever I start feeling like that. Alternatively, one might adopt the mindset of existence rather than life, as I have been wont to do. Perhaps cynical, but the descent isn't as steep.

Close, i`m searching a project, not a thing in a project, i just can`t find people to start a project any project about anything, a side thing that i can do, that keeps my brain busy, that wakes me at night when i find something that fits the project, a plan, an idea, i love that feeling, the feeling of having something to do, with love, in your spare time
