Which year of high school did you enjoy the most?

Personally, my favorite was sophomore year (10th grade), for many reasons:

  • I was no longer part of the youngest class
  • I was familiar with the layout of the high school building
  • I enjoyed pretty much all of my classes
  • I had far less homework than any other year
  • I had plenty of friends that I could talk to during the day
  • I didn't have to worry about college applications yet
  • My life was going really well outside of school too

The senior year was definitely the most fun as you kind of just had plenty of free time or well I did as I was finished with my school earlier but continued it a little as I took few classes in carpentry yet you know it was nice. Chilling outside blasting music out on the parking lot, sometimes even just laying in the backseats chilling to the vibes if you feel me. Still the best thing of all I suppose was that I simply had a lot of fun there meanwhile the earlier years had been more packed with studying haha.

none at all, i'm glad school is over.
I was bullied throughout despite having some friends

Grade 9 was my favourite since it was generally a pretty fun year. Grade 10 was also pretty good. Everything after was just a complete drag.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

Didn't care for it at all, but if I had to chose, it would be senior year as I went home right before lunch every day.

I must say post high school. I went to GED classes after high school for the luls, and it was far better than the actual high school :proud:

I would say Junior year. Freshmen was a wrack and Sophomore year was also not quite there yet. but Junior year was when I grown used to my classmates and teachers and we also went to this retreat and grow bond among our classmate. My school is small, so the max number of student in my year was only 25. I mean, I wish I known this sooner...that you have enjoy high school while it lasted. Because when Senior year  hits and we all graduated, I actually realized that was the end of my youth and carefree lifestyle. I can't stress how much I missed those youthful days, all the good and bad days. You know? like the time when you say you want to become this or that, like some kids with big dreams. Then when reality hits you hard during your adulthood, it can really damage ya.

I mean what else can I say?

"I was a young boy that had big plans
Now I'm just another shitty old man
I don't have fun and I hate everything
The world owes me, so fuck you!"

I have no idea what the years in the poll mean, exactly, but my last year (which is the sixth, in Dutch count) was easily my favorite. I was finally beginning to grasp everything because there was mostly repetition, so it was the only year where I was never in danger of failing my exams. It was very relaxing.

Senior Year, Year 12 or 12th Grade, it meant that it was all over and I got to get the hell out of High School.

Senior year. I had a fantastic senior marching band season, I got my bassoon, and I met the girl who would become my best friend and first girlfriend. That may be in the past, but still can't deny the positive experiences of the time.

My favorite was my junior year (2009/2010). That year was so special to me because it was the only time I earned a solo for one of our Choir's major performances, the Spring Music Festival.

The final year because I couldn't wait to get school done and over with...

Now that I'm done with it, however, I regret that I didn't take school seriously enough and did it just to get it done and over with rather than to obtain useful knowledge.

*totally not up to any shenanigans* :ithastolookpretty:
