Dark mode

Can we have dark mode included in the forums? Looking at the forum index that's obnoxiously bright can be really bothersome to the eyes, especially on newer monitors too. It can also lead to eye strain while reading forum posts.

Yeah I really think there should be a dark mode that is included.

I forgot this site had a light mode lol (cause all my browsers I use have auto dark mode extentions)

yeah, I agree it should be dark mode but I think there wasn't enough resources to make it dark mode i think? idk

Dark mode doesn't really use much resources IIRC. Even Discord has dark mode included. Of course, could only wait and see if the admins are willing to add it.

ik, all i heard was they don't have the resources to make a dark mode

Dark themes are generally trivia to set up on new sites that you are building yourself. New sites. Not so much for a licensed product that loves to break third party themes and custom plugins when it is updated, and especially when that site has hundred of custom pony themed assets that would need to be redesigned for a new theme. 
 

I’d happily create a dark theme if you can promise me I can launch a ICBM at the first person that posts a Feedback thread pointing out that there is an ugly while pixel or border on our custom emotes or badges. 
 

Trust me I want one. I just don’t want to do the wrangling and deal with headaches to make one and make it feel like MLPF.
