Pony Fursuiting

In my free time I love to wear my pony fursuits. I also like to give my inflatable ponies a big hug while in suit too. It's super relaxing to me and I really enjoy it ❤️ Anyone else like to relax with some fursuiting?

I don't have a fursuit, I mean I could get one of my OC or a furzona but they are expensive. Not that the expenses are why rather I don't really know whether to buy a fursuit of my oc or furzona. So I can't say I do but I probably would if I had a ponysuit or fursuit of a pony. Yet again I don't know many bronies or furries with fursuits, to be fair I don't really ask them I just assume if you had a fursuit you would show people it.

I think it would be cool to have one for cons (if they ever happen again) but then you'd have to deal with people always trying to get their picture with you or hug you whatever. I get embarrassed way too easily and would get stressed out when I have to explain to the uninitiated that "No I am not a furry I'm part of the MLP community".

Pony fursuits are hit or miss for me. They either look really good, or are kind of uncanny valley. Most fall into the latter category.

That being said, I have two MLP fursuits, both of which are old and will likely remain in storage for all eternity. One is quite a bit creepy, its only saving grace being its sentimental value for me (I wore it to BronyCon 2019, which was my very first con). No, I won't post pictures of it.

The other is of Rarity, and it's... well, maybe it's a bit ugly, but it's far from the worst I've ever seen. To be fair, it was only like the second one I ever made. At the very least it captures the show's art style from any angle. Somewhat.

Nowadays I prefer furcons over ponycons (more profitable for me), but if I ever have the time and money to go to EFNW or Ciderfest, I'll make another ponysuit. One that actually looks nice.

Thanks. And yeah, I made her. This was back in late 2019, I believe. The suit is fine for what it is, it's just not exactly up to my current quality standards.

The costumes look fun but I don’t think I would want to wear one myself. They look very hot and difficult to breathe in, and I’ve worn fur costumes before that were not very comfy. And at the moment I present an odd shape to fit into any fursuit.

Very. There's a lot of foam in it. It's basically a plush fursuit, if you've ever worn / seen one of those.

To each their own but I don't see the point. I hate stiffling clothing and that looks terrible. I'm very sensitive to itching and I hate to sweat. It's fun to fantasize about turning into something else but that just looks super uncomfortable.

Still looks very huggable, my AJ gets very hot inside after a while, I bet Rarity gets even hotter inside because she looks so plush. ❤️ About how tall is she?

Around 6'10 if you count the ears.
