Should DJ Pon3/Vinyl Scratch get more appearances?

Anyway, yeah, I agree. If she's in it she won't just be standing there, she'll have to be doing something somewhat relevant. She's too original.

 

Who knows as another 'nod to the fans' they might have Vinyl make another appearance. This time, glasses off and one of those appearances like Derpy's in the last round-up.

Of course she deserves more screen time. However at the same time I hope that she doesn't get a lot of screen time, Why? Simple, the amount of butthurt would be of the charts if someone doesn't like the characterization.

Every background pony needs more appearances.

Hell personally they need to have a episode where it's nothing but background ponies, with some of the mane 6 there.

Let them shine for once, it's not like the mane 6 will go anywhere.

As a background character/for the fans? Yes. She's been seen so little times, and only the second time she caused a riot (when she revealed her canon eye color, moderate cerise). Just think of how much epic of a reaction we'd have the more times she (and/or other famous well-known bg ponies) makes generous appearances, heck with even a line or two.

I doubt that Vinyl will gain more significant roles but may have more cameos where music is involved.

 

But who knows? They might just pull of an episode all dedicated to background ponies and Vinyl will be one of those that are featured. If she turns out to be Octavia's roomate/friend, or if they pull off a music pun, I'd fall off my chair laughing.
