EDIT: a few minutes later. Are you aware that this is a feature on Windows, including Windows 8? I discovered this feature perhaps a few weeks ago after wondering about it for some time. I grabbed the image from my own screen capture, flipped it, isolated Twilight, and put her on a plain blue background so my (way too many) icons show up nicely.
