I imagine a physical battle would be interesting. Blueblood and Big Mac both being sizable stallions probably have some muscle on them, but Blueblood's mass would all be just from reps at the gym and thus be untrained, whereas Big Mac (not only having more) would be entirely because of strenuous and frequent use. Mac would defeat the Prince with a single word and a hay bale: "Catch."
