I got to give props to people who can fit a life's soundtrack into 6 tracks. That is truly a tough exercise as there is so many diverse moments/aspects and songs to accompany them.

 

I listen to a lot of soundtracks, and am thinking of creating a topic on them solely.

 

One of my favorites, though not #1, The Wind and the Lion, has such a epic breathe to it, that I sometimes I find myself "living the music" in a way. So among other ones, I take it as my own.

Mine would be the soundtracks to the Final Fantasy games.  When I wake up it would play the opening crystal music.  Moving around my apartment it would play the music for in towns.  When I'm driving it would play the chocobo song and when my boss comes to tell me I need to stay late or work a weekend it would play Sephiroth's theme song.
