I disagree with this, not being nice to people just because there not nice and not giving people a chance to change doesn't help anyone. It makes you act mean and they never change.

I think it depends on the situation, tbh.

 

And even for a sociopath can be shown love, by getting them help ect.

 

That would require the sociopath to acknowledge that they have a problem, and it most cases, they don't.

Personally I think once someone reveals that they are a heretic, than they remove themselves from a religion. Most religions are very vague though, so everyone could interpret it differently. I'm confuzzled as to what your definition of heretic is here. But, this is an off-topic post so feel free to disregard as the Great Moderator Flame Of Awesome blazes through.

Well...heh heh...I'm not really a Christian. Suprise. No, I'm Atheist. I thought that that wasn't silly however, imho that's a very personal thing that should not be taken lightly. It shows a trust between two people. I don't however think you should have to be married though because sex is almost always a physically and emotionally healty activity and depriving yourself of it could be detrimental to your emotions which could possibly have an effect on others which it would then be detrimental to society.

I feel weird because everypony says "love yes, tolerate no" .. Well, I can tolerate a plenty (opinions etc.), but if the person doesn´t show the same to me, I will deffend myself...

But what I wanted to say, I can tolerate a plenty, but I can´t say I love everypony and everything, because it´s not true. There will always be people annoying me by their own existence. I give everypony a chance, but if the one acts like a jerk and won´t take a lesson, I just can´t.

I find it interesting that you say this. Are view's will differ massively.

 

But yeah, in the end no REAL joy can be found from sex as you describe, just a superficial feeling of it that become a craving and can eventually lead to addictio0n. It also encourages weak relationships that are build around sex and as a consequence a liable to break down very easily.

 

It also encourages people to sleep around and cheat on there husband/wifes because a standard is set for "good sex".

 

If people did not sleep around and only had sex AFTER marriage there is no standard apart from what you know, which strengthens the bond between husband and wife causing for overall healthier and longer lasting relationships.

 

So i would disagree and say that sex just because its makes you "feel good" makes you bad and that it is not a socially or emotionally healthy but in fact has the opposite effect

 

But hey, we are at the opposite end's of the spectrum.

No. I don't. I despise the term. While there are many ways to perceive Love and Tolerate as something else, too many people take it to heart and as a result has turned it into a dead meaning.

And would you love him if he was a murderer? You wouldn't have to. You would have to in a sense tolerate it though, because as long as we exist of a "higher" intelligence, we will always fight.

The concept of love and tolerance is an important part of every person's life. Obviously, it shouldn't be taken to extremes where we are blindly "loving and tolerating" evil people just because that's our mantra. I love and tolerate people that have different ideas and beliefs and those that have made mistakes in their lives. That doesn't mean that I love and tolerate evil people that need to be removed from society.

The concept of love and tolerate means that, just because I'm religious and like MLP and you're an atheist and hate mlp, that doesn't mean we can't be friends. It doesn't mean that I have to love and tolerate the evil scum that sexually assaulted my best friend when she was 8.

because of love and tolerance, i have become a much more tolerant person, hell before MLP i was a major homophobe, but now im not and i dont judge as much...that being said, i dont love and tolerate every thing...

 

i follow a system of "love and tolerence...to a certain degree" in other words i love and tolerate those who deserve it

I hate that so many bronies throw this term around, then turn around and don't even follow it. They just sort of believe in it when it suites them. That's not saying there are a few that truly hold a double standard and follow this creed of sorts, and those are the bronies I find commendable.

 

Myself, I do believe that it's best to try one's hardest to tolerate. Tolerance is the key to happiness within a community. If we all tolerated one another, then the world could be a better place, I'm sure. It's unfortunate that not many people like to practice tolerance, though. I don't see why one would have to love everyone, but I certainly do love all of my friends.

Well, Love and Tolerate started out as a joke because that's what a pony would do in case of a disagreement with somepony else, since after all the show's nature is a caring and loving one. After that, somebronies spread the joke around in youtube comments, and captioning images to say "I will Love and Tolerate the **** out of you" or something similar to such, after a while the community's motto was to Love and Tolerate, somebronies go by that motto by instead tolerating those who disagree of with them, instead of resulting towards a flamewar, in my opinion the motto is over-used now, I don't use it like I used to, and bronies nowadays try to use it as a mock to those who don't like the fandom

The term "Love the tolerate" does not mean you have to love and tolerate everyone and everything. That's not implicit in the statement at all. It's open to interpretation of course, but I would say most people would take it to mean that you love and tolerate as a general rule and try to treat others in a kind and humane way.
