Favorite Season 3 Preview Song?

So, at Comic Con 2012, we got a preview of Season 3 with 2 new songs! Which one do you prefer?

 

It's really difficult to decide, but I think I wasn't prepared for this. Mostly because it's a Twilight song. it's about her possibly failing something. Plus, Spike singing and dancing was pretty funny.

Both are great and different, but I think I'll go with The Crystal Fair because it has more ponies so singing from everypony

Well I like the length of wasn't prepared for this, but on the other hand Chrystal Fair has a catchier chorus. This is a hard one to choose. I guess I wasn't prepared to choose a favorite season 3 preview song.

Not much to base off of in season 3, plus, I was under the impression Ashleigh's voice was hurt for a while, ergo where Dash's voice cracks came from, so that's probably completely cleared up now. Somepony go find me something that says Ashleigh Ball is no longer performing Dash's voice, then I'll give a proper thought.

You should know good and well, as well as trust the crew to be loyal to the fans by making sure they never ever change the voice actors and their roles unless if it called for an emergency. So in other words, they won't change the VAs on a very very low possibility.

Sounds the same to me. In Winter Wrap Up you didn't really hear her sing anyways. Try to comparing it to the Find a Pet song.

Both are nice songs, and we don't yet understand either.

I really didn't like The Failure Success song because it was all Twilight. I personally didn't like some of the animations, but still, it was nice.

 

I voted Crystal Fair because it is extremely catchy, and include all of the mane 6.

And also, don't tell me you didn't go crazy during the head bobbing. It was both adorable and awesome.

The head bobbing, "I wasn't prepared for that", it made me go crazy. Simply amazing.

 

They're improving every season.

BTW I My top wishlist for this season is that Applejack finally gets a solo song for herself. SHE DESERVES ONE!! Same goes for Rainbow Dash!!

That being said, I'll have to go with the Crystal Fair song. Been a serious while since I've heard the Mane 6 singing together about an event - plus it's really upbeat and really my style.

In winter wrap up, listen all the way through, she sings alot. But I guess it was just different for that, we shal see..

I personally loved the Failure Success Song way more than the Crystal Pony song. Mainly because it sounds better and catchier to me, but also because Twilight's going to have to face a challenge to her goodliness at everything, and Spike finally got to sing, which sounded amazing, and dance, which was hilarious! And the moment with Twilight reciting math, was gold comedy!

 

However, not to say the other song was poorly written, it personally just didn't appear to me. (insert idk smiley here)

It's a tie. The Failure Song gets stuck in my head easier, but Chrystal Fair is catchier. It's a hard descision.

I like Ballad of the Crystal Ponies a bit more because it's got a few seconds of Rarity's beautiful singing, plus Fluttershy cutely hopping around with cute little uwes, and dat head bobbing- how could I not love it?

I really like Failure Success too though, some wonderful and funny animations in there plus Spike singing make it a really cool song too.

Daniel Ingram was dumbfounded by the fact that Hasbro released both of these in mono. I'm inclined to agree, and I don't really wish to judge either song until they've been officially released on TV and made available in 5.1 surround sound via iTunes.

 

The only advantage to both of these mono mixes is the fact that the sound effects haven't been done yet, so in these early releases you're only hearing the VA performances and the music.

Anyway I enjoyed both songs and I can't really choose:

 

I wasn't prepared for this, not only has the always stunning Twilight singing, but Spike sang too, which was a HUGE bonus!

 

On the other hand, The Crystal Fair, has all the main six singing my name.
