I suppose if I can't vote for Big Mac as a colt then I'll like Rumble. Can't stand Snips and Snails, Featherweight or Pipsqueak. Don't know/remember the rest.

Featherweight, the silent but deadly photographer of course, I would not screw with that guy. Pipsqueak is overrated and only has a british(trotish?) accent in his first scene.

 

Although you gotta totally fangasm when Zecora calls him Little Pip, if you've read Fallout Equestria that is.

I actually really don't like most of the colts/stallions because most don't have interesting color schemes or personalities. I sort of like Shining Armor and Big Macintosh though, just because they're brothers of two main characters.

And yes, colt does mean a baby male horse, but I'm talking about stallions anyway.

Y U NO SHINING ARMOR?! Shining Armor is my personal favorite for several reasons. First of all, he is the BEST looking colt. Second of all, he is the kindest of all the colts. Plus, he holds military power! I imagine him being a Patton-like character when he gets older. /)o3o(\

I'd say Snips and Snails have the more interesting personalities of the colts I'm familiar with, but of course, they're two sides of the same coin and only seem to serve as the village idiots for the sake of the plot, and not exactly in a lovable way either. It's too bad I can't pick both; Snips seems to have more of a brain, though not by much.

 

Pipsqueak would be an okay character, but he simply hasn't been developed enough. At best he serves as a parallel to Luna, both being, in their own ways, new to Ponyville (which would explain from a meta perspective why he was the one who "saved" Nightmare Night from being cancelled forever), but other than that, not too much. A sign of a good character is that they have an autonomy separate from the show's events, which Snips and Snails almost have but Pip doesn't.

I like Shining Armor. Captain of the Royal Gurads, Twilight's brother, and stopped an entire army of changelings with the power of... love? Also, a nice personality overall.
