What is the best violent game that you have played? I would say Alice: Madness returns (Because I dont play much violent games) This was actually the first most and best violent game I have played that involved blood, gore, and scary effects. Kinda lame of me..but it's the truth

The fallout series. From dismembering people with a mere 9mm bullet to chopping up people with a gasoline powered flaming sword, it's got to be the most violent, and therefore awesomest, game series.

call of duty: world at war struck me as being one of the more gory games in depicting realistic dismemberment. didn't really expect limbs and heads to go flying off and blood start spurting, but then again, F.E.A.R. and prototype were pretty bloody too..

I have to say Gears of War just cause of all of the blood, gore, and ways to execute enemies. I would say some zombie game, but something about them doesn't feel as violent as killing another creature capable of judgement and war.

Metal Gear Rising looks like it's going to be an epic violent game. If you're into hack and slash.

 

The best I've played is probably Left 4 Dead.

 

Now if you mean the goriest game EVER that I've played, it might either be Soldier of Fortune or Manhunt 2. That's intense.

For me it would probably have to be Darksiders. It's very bloody and gory, and has some sick kills in it. Very fun game. I wouldn't classify it as scary however. I think tied with Darksiders for me would be the Deadspace games. They have much more noticeable gore in them, and considering you can actually use severed limbs as weapons that puts it way up there. The gore seems to be more generic than specialized like Darksiders though, that's why I don't have it first.

Team Fortress 2. It's quite gory for such a cartoony game, with bodies exploding, bloody body parts scattering all ove the map.

Gears of War, Manhunt was just one messed up game, but i enjoyed it. The Suffering, Conker's Bad Fur Day (even though it was for n64, it was very great) Im surprised no one has put Mortal Kombat. God of War was rather bloody, Dead Space was also good. Condemned series, fallout was kinda gory and bloody, there's also resident evil and silent hill

It isn't gory, but for me, my favourite violent game is super smash brothers (of course the nintendo 64 one). I don't think I have to explain further, but a fighter featuring some of the greatest nintendo characters is just plain awesome. It's also a lot of fun when friends visit to have a ten minute free for all

I recently finished Alice: Madness Returns. The gameplay was a little repetitive, but the enemies were fun to fight, and the game itself was really imaginative; definitely a well-put-together successor to the first game.

 

I have to say my favorite violent game would be Mortal Kombat. I like everything from the characters, to the details worked into each and every location in each and every game. Not only that, but the series isn't just blood and guts; it's blood and guts done creatively. Only Mortal Kombat could give dismemberment and brutal death so many different inventive forms that are either unbelievably comical or thought-inspiringly complex.

Well fallout, dead island, and Rage are some pretty violent games, i think Saints Row 3 is the best. Killing hundreds with tanks, helicopters, gang members, etc. You can even call in zombies to attack random people on the street...

Definitely Bioshock....It was just so much fun to set someone on fire, shoot them with your shotgun and then using telekinesis to throw something at them!

 

Im So excited for Bioshock Infinite!!

Honestly, the name speaks for itself. This game gives Mortal Kombat a run for its money. Its not a perfect game but MMAAAANNN this game is satisfying xD

Obviously I would have to say Dead Space. I mean come on this game has so many ways to die, it's like the game developers wanted you to have nightmares by getting killed by necromorphs in a variety of ways. And the enemies just look so horrible it's like something from the THE THING movie. Last thing I would want on a sunny day would be getting killed by a

I'd have to say it's between Team Fortress 2 and the FEAR series. Mainly because of all the dismemberment of limbs and blood everywhere. For example, in FEAR, if you throw a grenade at the enemy and it hits them directly, they become a puff of red steam and limbs

Thrill Kill. The never-released game on PS1. Pretty crazy crap. Even though the graphics and quality are very low, the games whole look and feel is twisted.

I love Alice, both of the games, but I'd say it's most fun making gory splats out of exploded werewolves in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow or poking an Ogre's eye out with the Combat Cross.
