I want to know how to be a newbie youtuber such as Awkward Gorilla and TheJFKGamer and still get lots of subs. I only got 17 subs.

Ok there are 2 things right off the bat that I noticed about your youtube channel.

 

1) your very young 2) Some of your videos are low quality/uninteresting.

 

You need to get these fixed ASAP.

 

I would also recommend not doing anything with roblox.

I don't know who Awkward Gorilla is, but TheJFKGammer isn't a newbie. He is a machinima director.

JFK is newish. And I stopped with roblox. THat was terrible. And my vid quality is alright, just not my CoD/Skyrim. And my vlogs are just updates on what the hell is going on atm.

I want you to tell me why someone should subscribe to you channel and watch your youtube videos. What are you doing that makes you stand out from other users?

 

It doesn't really look like your putting in the required time and effort.

These are alright. I have to say the y can be a little less then entertaining at times. It is a great start though. Although I have to agree with Bohtty what makes you stand out.

I got the balls to go out onto youtube, make commentaries, and show my face. I dont give a buck if someone gets pissy towards me or trolls me because I'm a 13 year making youtube commentaries. It takes time to edit pictures, backgrounds, intros, and the vids itself.

I'd be glad to help you get better at youtubing, but your going to have to work with me on it. It's a lot like running a buisness so if you don't have the time then your going to have a harder time and a slower start up.

People don't really have a huge attraction towards gamers and commentators under 14 years of age. To be completely blunt, your voice can annoy people because you sound quite young. Once your voice gets a bit deeper, I would try again and go from there.

You don't need to wait till your 15. I was just pointing out that it is one of your biggest deterants, but there are ways around it.

 

Before I help you I need to know if you truly have the time to make youtube videos. How many hours a day/week do you spend making videos on the days/weeks you make videos?

Hey man, i subbed to you but here is something you need to do. 1. You need a capture Card. no one likes to see videos recored from a camera of you playing a game on a tv. 2. Dont just put only audio vlogs it doesnt seem really interesting. 3. Your voice sounds abit to high. Wait about 1 more year. 4. Play games people want to see. 5. if you cant get a capture camera for the systems get one on pc. its called fraps. i use it.

1: I'm homeschooled, so..... 2: I stopped that. I got a PC that will be up by this weekend, or next week, One or the other. I dont got the money for FRAPS. I just use Hypercam.

If you aren't willing to spend money, especially when it's not that much, then don't expect to have a bunch of subscribers. You have to invest in this. It's not something you can just do in between your classes. You have to actually work at it.

I was told fraps you had to pay for by the minute. How much is it? And I spent money on PC skyrim so my subs can see some. I also gotta pay for my phone and my BOII preorder. And Hycam is just for recording. Maybe yer thinking of manycam?

Ah maybe. Fraps is like 20-30 dollars and thats it. Or you can get a cracked. I already payed off my BOII game for ps3
