ISSUES WITH PRICINGS...

I'm changing prices to get a larger profit and make things cheaper for you all, so I'm just deleting thistopic for awhile until it's set in stone.

 

ARTISTS NEEDED

Ice is my primary "go-to-guy" here, but for controller #18, MLP Forums special, I would like to see several artist's work as it shows the site's comunity, not my work. I only want hand draw images, and would like them to be as close to the show's graphics as possible. PM me if you would like to contribute art and I'll give you information on dimentions and other items.

 

Please DO NOT PM me, and please DO NOT make requests at this time. PM me only if you think you could assist Ice and me.

Bit of advice here: If you really wanna make some good sales, you should provide a sample of each, so we know what we're getting...

I realize that, but I haven't painted a controller for quite some time.

and i'm in a hurry ): grammar is hard to do in 10 minutes.

Fixed the problem for now.

Why would you be in a hurry? That seems a bit like an excuse to be honest...

 

It takes only a few minutes, and makes a HUGE difference. You can take 10 minutes to make a decent sales pitch, or you can take 15 minutes and make a better one.

I think I got it down? Unfortunately, text terms have corrupted my writting abilities. spelling and grammar seem to be the least of my cncerns sometimes..

yes, but don't give your hopes up yet, the first one should be done in about 3 to 4 weeks, then it'll pick up.

Yes I will, but unlike other sites, ill only charge you a tiny bit more because the person drawing it only draws ONE of the images ever. And for paint... Thats pricey. So all in all, $5-10 extra.

Well when I get a job (hopefully soon) I plan to buy either a Scootaloo, CMC, or MLPForums styled controller. (depends on look of course)

 

Then I'll have MY special controller that no one else shall touch EVER! Besides I need a replacement that my brother won't dare to touch! He tends to let the controllers "slip out of hand"! He (or an other ruffian) will stare at the controller and dare not touch it like if it contains a flesh eating virus to non-Bronies! I'd get criticized for "wasting money on a gay controller," but I think of it more like insurance!

 

EDIT: for the MLPForums controller what exactly do you mean by "more artists needed" like an input collectively from various forum members or you just need more of an assistance to come up with what to put on it?

All of them will be outstanding, trust me. the MLPforums controller will be a *bleep* and *bleep* No one but Ice and I will know. all I can really say is it will be made for the site. I'll get 10% of the profit, the site gets the rest. I don't want Ice to be the only one on this project, so I would like other artists to contribute.

For me to even consider purchasing one I would have to see one.

 

Once again, not a single image has been finished, let alone a controller ordered. So this is a teaser thread if you will. I can't really tell you when you'll see one, or what will be on it.. Only that three images will be on most of them. Edited January 8, 2012 by sobadnomad
