I've been into Genshin Impact for a few years now. It's my default game to play in the evenings. I enjoy the open world combat mechanics and the lore always fascinates me.

Since my last post,

Finished Cyberpunk Phathom Liberty,

then Life is Strange Double Exposure Chapter 1 & 2 before 29 Oct when Chapter 3 & 5 come out played 3 so far,

Carry on with Genshin Impact, manage to pull Hu Tao, there story quest about Nahida birthday, but some characters have no voice due to Voice actors and actress on Strike over IAs, some characters have voices, as I respect and support voice actors and actresses, I feel it stupid, strike over stupid thing/ proof of it happening and not heariing characters I like voices.

I’m continuing my yearly tradition of playing Wizard101 every November and December. Over a decade of playing and I still haven’t reached the final max level the game currently has. That’s mainly because I have a habit of making new characters so I can play through the first arc of the game again, which was all there was back when I first played as a kid.

STALKER 2 which came out yesterday on the 20th. My first impressions after playing for an hour:

Performance is definitely rough, it has my RTX 3080 pegged at 100% even on low with DLSS balanced all for 50-70 FPS. Don't like that.

Story and lore wise, they're leaning A LOT more into the Roadside Picnic influence compared to the past games. I mean the interview in the opening cinematic is practically straight out of the book. I approve though, because Roadside Picnic is fantastic.

Gameplay is very fun when it's not lagging. Only gameplay aspect I don’t like so far is how soon you encounter Bloodsuckers. Feels way too early compared to the first game.

RavenField. Amazing military sandbox game, with all sortsa mods! Keeps things fresh. Though sometimes I bounce between that and Hearts of Iron 4, grand strategy military game set in WW2/cold wart eras. Also has some great mods.
