I'd say: "...What. How did you get here? ...Did reading that thread on MLP Forums somehow make it become real?!"

 

And Fluttershy would be all shy and blushing, so I'd find myself becoming more active and confident in the interaction to make her feel more confident. She'd probably be confused as to what I was and it would scare her because she's never seen a human before.

 

I'd stare in disbelief for a while, before asking her a few questions, showing her how I use a computer, and some drawings to show her I'm not going to hurt her. Oh and I'd explain what I was and pretty much that I was a fan of her and tell her to keep her chin up, she's a great pony and she'll be confident enough one day. I also might brush her mane. Seriously, that thing looks so soft.

Fluttershy walks cautiously around the corner, looking carefully before entering the room. As she turn her head, she spots a strange creature sitting behind a strange glowing box. The creature makes contact with here eyes, and opens it's mouth to begin speaking. "Fluttershy?!" said the strange creature. Fluttershy quickly jumps backwards, and into a corner, covering her eyes with her hooves. The strange creature begins stands up and follows, and when he spots her, says "Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you" and smiles at her. He slowly walks up to her, and Fluttershy is unsure what to do. How does this creature know my name, she thought. The creature reaches down, and fluttershy scoots up against the corner, and a soft, warm hand pets her gently through her mane.

 

"Oh my god, it REALLY is Fluttershy! Right here in my HOUSE!".

 

Fluttershy calms down as the creature pets her gently. He then asks her, "What are you doing here, Fluttershy?"

 

She doesn't know whether to trust this creature or not, but she has to choice but to respond, "I don't know where I am. I'm scared, and want to go back to my cottage".

 

The creature gives her a hug and says, "I'm sorry to hear that, I'll help you out however I can. By the way, my name is Ben".

 

Fluttershy begins to be at ease with Ben, and asks, "Where are we? I've never seen this place in Ponyville before. And I've never seen a creature like you before, what are you?"

 

"I'm a human, and we are in my house located in a place called Arizona."

 

 

 

And then more stuff happens, but yeah I think the TL;DR factor is too high already

If she had to leave, I'd ask her to take me with her to Equestria tbh...Earth sucks, just sayin'.
