Spike and Rarity are the obvious offical ship. I can alternate between twidash and appledash on any given occasion. Depends on the mood I guess.

I ship Rarity/Spike. It's probably my OTP of My Little Pony. It's just so cute how Spike acts around her I can't.

Haha thanks and I forgot about them. I think they might work as well They do have a "competitive" relationship. So do Rarity & Applejack, we can see that in Episode 8 of Season 1. :3

I think I've read a couple of fic with Applejack and Rarity, I had honestly forgot about the slumber party episode when they are at each other's throats over personality differences.

I like Spike and Rarity. His crush on her is so cute and she treats him nice too. I loved the episode where Spike daydreamed that he turned in to a giant manly dragon knight to save his princess Rarity from all those dogs. It was so sweet.

I have mixed feelings about the idea of Pinkie Pie in a relationship.  I would be jealous, but of course she deserves to have love.  I am not sure who in Equestria would be the best match for her.  We don't really get to know many stallions that well.  Sometimes I think that Braeburn would be good with Pinkie.  Or maybe that clown pony who was too silly for Cheerilee.

I agree with Shawn. All of the episodes we've all seen lately haven't really shown Pinkie with any lovely emotions. I think there was a stallion who people thought could ship Pinkie called Polka. Not too sure about his name but they may be perfect to each other.

Pinkie Pie....it's hard to imagine her in a relationship. I mean she definitely deserves a good partner but none of the mane six or current background ponies really compliment her personality.

I don't always ship ponies.  But when I do, I ship Applejack x Rainbow Dash.

 

Perhaps that's mainly because the best shipping stories I've read were AppleDash stories, but the two work so well together.  Although I just like it when the two work together.  The shipping is just a bonus.

I think Rarilight is pretty adorable.

Hell, it's maybe even a little bit canon- there are quite a few moments where Rarity gets too close for comfort to Twilight, plus there is a time or two where she's the first to be concerned for her and whatnot.

Oh and Flutterpie is pretty adorable too I think. :3

Oh, and the quote in my signature might suggest that I like Rarijack... well, maybe a little bit.

At 1st I really didn't think much of Rarilight, but after seeing them together and reading a few shipfics about them I thought that they are really cute togeather.

Rainbow Dash just works so well with so many characters.  Her personality complements others very well.  I can't help it. It's just so cute.

Rainbow definitely has characteristics that compliment other ponies. She just has a certain aura around her that just seems to work.

Twilight/Big Mac: Twilight seems to like stallions who are strong and confident and though Big Mac is quiet and slightly shy he probably also has a confident side as he has that strong silent vibe coming off him. Big Mac hoarding the smarty pants doll even after the Want It Need It Spell wore off hints that he has the hots for Twilight. And Applejack did hint at him being fairly intelligent when she mentioned his skills with "fancy mathematics" which we know Twilight is into as well.

 

Spike/Sweetie Belle: to me it just sounds more believable than Spike/Rarity both because they are closer in age and I think they have a bit more in common. Sweetie Belle does resemble Rarity a bit even if she is very different from her personality wise.

I've actually never heard of Twilight and Big Mac being shipped together. But now looking at it that way, I'm surprised I hadn't thought of it before. She does seem to like those kind of stallions.
