I'd be lying if I said I never watched a compilation video of all her voice cracks on youtube

Sweetie Belle has the memorable lines and moments ("OH COME ON!"  "Why does life have to be SO IRONIC?" "To test it.  Together." etc.) that it's impossible for me to overlook her as Best CMC.  Plus those voice cracks are adorable.

I voted Sweetie Belle. Her singing ability is impressive (despite insisting to the contrary, her Cutie Mark will probably be vocal-related), her voice cracks are very cute, she doesn't come across as too desperate like Apple Bloom or too callous like Scootaloo. The arts & crafts project she makes in "Sisterhooves Social" is touching. And even though this isn't canon, Sweetie Belle being a robot in "Friendship Is Witchcraft" is funny stuff. CUTIE MARK...ACQUISITION PROGRAM.

If there has to be one of the CMC's that has to be my outright favourite, it has to be Scootaloo without a doubt.

 

Scoots has that "too cool" attitude that we all come to know, the raspy voice, someone who always stands up for her fellow friends and a never say never perspective on life in general, especially when the back is against the wall and the odds are stacked against her as demonstrated in the Sleepless in Ponyville episode last year.

 

On a side note, Sweetie Belle is also one of my fav CMC's.

 

I've had a bit of a soft spot for Sweetie ever since I saw the Sisterhooves Social episode as I can easily relate to what she has to go through with the sibling aspect of life, also her singing voice and cute personality makes her a fan favourite in my books.
