I can definitely relate to Twilight Sparkle in a lot of ways myself. Reading a lot, a bit socially awkward, and always willing to help out people, especially friends, in need.

To me, I think that your favorite pony should be the one you relate to the most. I relate to Twilight a lot; I'm socially awkward, I don't have a whole lot of friends and am shy around new people, I spend a lot of the day by myself and spend a lot of my time studying. Therefore, she's my favorite pony.

I probably relate to Twilight quite a bit, too. Probably more so when I was younger, though. Socially awkward, shy, 

I still don't have a whole lot of friends though, and I'm a bit of a loner. I can't say I'm bookish, though, but I am nerdy.

It's a great banner! Thanks for sharing it with us all! As a Twi fan, I couldn't be more pleased. I don't know why she may more cute than normal... but I still prefer normal Twi

I agree that bookworms are amazing.  Reading is the best.  I personally relate to Twilight's love for studying things, her perfectionism (remember her fear of being sent back to Magic Kindergarten when she didn't have the letter for Princess Celestia...yep, I can relate to this fully and admit to being uncomfortable when I saw that episode, remembering my own meltdowns over projects and deadlines).  I love her ability to calm her friends without shaming them, to say what's really going on or ask what is the same way.  And I think that we have really been able to see this evolve really been able to see her evolve and grow, which is great.  She helps me as all good fictional characters do.  To be braver and to risk more.  To fear less.  Go Twilight.
