Lets point a few things out, lesson zero, remember that one? She charms her doll to make a problem, but fails to fix it. Celestia has to step in and  scold her for it. Okay what else... Oh! how about the time she ries to go back in time to fix a problem that never existed.

Wow... everyone has flaws, even you. I have mine, which i have anxiety which makes me afraid of contact with other people, a tendency to but in when i shouldn't and etc. Those are called flaws, ring any bells?

To be honest, I think it's a tie between Twi and one of her best friends, Applejack. It's too difficult to choose between the two!

One could argue that these aren't individual, but team efforts, therefore team sparkle wins (the problems ARE resolved.)

 

Therefore through friendship and her resolve, all her problems she will solve.

(Even in Lesson Zero, Sun-butt didn't give her a failing grade.)

When you can't fix something yourself, its a failure. Twilight lost all self-control and abused her magic, i'd call that a failure in my book. The only thing she got out of it was a life lesson and a scolding from Celestia. Celestia was the one who did it; so no it wasn't a team effort. Celestia went easy on her, only reason you can say that.

 

And for the time travel, she made the mistake of thinking she needed to fix something that wasn't really a problem, so there another; So you really can't call that a resolved issue by Twilight. She had forgotten that she had access to those archives, and made a fool of herself; that's why its a failure. Also learning a life lesson. 

 

There are many events in which she fails to even accomplish one single thing on her own. She still needs to prove herself in those failures(using teamwork doesn't count towards resolving it herself).

I don't know why, but so far this season, Twilight has become more and more lovable for me. Not to mention this past episode. I mean, WHY ARE YOU SO FREAKING ADORABLE?

It also makes me all the more enraged when someone insults her. Or uses the M word, or calls her so perfect everyone else is second rate. I don't know.
