And is this from the Micro comic? Rarity with business projections and forecasts? Head canon freaking confirmed if it is. There is another scene in that comic that basically confirmed my headcanon again that Rarity is probably the second smartest of the mane6 (And maybe the smartest in some things, Raritys intellect is certainly more practical designed then Twilights, whose one is more theoretical.)
