i second what fluttermoon said, its a very cute little drawing. there's really not much to critique about it. only thing is maybe add the highlight/reflection in the eyes, just to give her a little more expression and life nice work

You're doing a very good job for a beginner that've just started. Seems like you got a natural talent for drawing, as you don't have a problem getting the anatomy right. My first drawings were a bunch of random connected lines which was supposed to be racing tracks, so yeah, can't really compete with that, hehe. 

 

A few tips for your next creation:

- Remember eye lashes. They're essential for mare ponies.

- Draw light reflection in the eyes (you know, those 2 +/- white dots)

- Reduce the neck length.

- Draw the plot more "pert" like. It's a little flat. 

 

Other than that it's a great drawing!

Well considering its your second drawing ever thats a pretty darn good drawing . Heck its better then what I've done over like months .

 

The neck needs to be a bit shorter, and you need to add eyelashes, aswell as maybe highlights to the eyes

 

Other then that you did a great job! Keep it up and keep practicing!
