It was the first part of the pilot, and I enjoyed it, but didn't know it was called "Friendship is Magic". Little did I know that a cartoon I watched on Saturday morning because I was bored and had nothing else to do, would change my life when I stumbled upon a pony video on youtube last September, and thought the thumbnail looked familiar so I watched it. I quickly relized it was the same show I saw over a year ago and completely forgot about until then, watched some episodes, found out what a brony was, and joined the herd. I contribute alot of artwork to the community classifying me highest at creative (I would also like to start trying to create music) I am a hipster in real life. And I found the irony a large reason for primarily joining also I only first discovered it from its appearance EVERYWHERE around the internet And I'm quite socially awkward. I have never thought of it like that... and how I found it was indeed "What the hell is with this MLP stuff?" on my old forum. However, I am also massively creative as I am quite active in some OC communities, and love to produce crossover ponies through my art. The only bit of Unhappy that applies to me is being a geek/nerd and having depression... but I don't actually watch the show for that. I can't derive that kind of happiness from a show or anything that isn't a person. I already have people satisfying my emotional needs anyway. And absolutely nothing of Hipster. But I actually think I'm in the "unhappy" category. I always knew their were people like me out there. Young, idealistic, creative, open-minded, entrepreneurial, didn't conform, etc but I had no luck meeting them. So believed people were good, I was just lonely in that no one else also thought likewise. Like there was no one truly on my level. Then I become a brony and BAM here you all are! I've definitely become a happier person because of being a brony. Not to mention I've told myself for years I could write at least a semi-decent fanfiction. Three guesses what actually spurned me to do it! Now not only am I writing my first piece, I'm having so much fun and getting such positive feedback that I think I may actually want to be a writer. That's right, becoming a brony made me discover my metaphorical cutie-mark! I'm terribly socially awkward, I have problems with depression, (Gotten bad enough to the point to try and commit suicide :x) and I always wish i could be in equestria rather here in this bleak unbearable world.. But It's things like MLPForums/MLP:FiM/ and artist here that help make my day so much better, and make me want to go through the day. I feel as though the messages of the episodes really are something to apply to everyday life, and i do take that to heart, I don't think there's a day that goes by that I don't imagine myself sending a letter to Celestia after dealing with problems. I would fall towards "Unhappy" (because it soothes all emotions I have) and "Moderate", but I should be in something like "Playful". What has fanfiction has Ashbad written lately?
