Stacy perked up as the waiter came by and got ready to take their orders. Stacy quickly ordered her food and drink then waited for Eve to do the same. 'Com'on  Stace. Just ask her. She'll say yes. But what if she doesn't then what? You'll just sit here awkwardly for the rest of the dinner. ugh!"

''Came down cuzza that.. Lucky pony contest they held. Surprisingly, I was one of the winners. Which is a rarity considering I have a giant ripped up shamrock on my arse.''

Sky took a swig then a gulp. He was starting to feel a bit buzzed. Then he heard the pony reply. "Splinter, huh." Sky thought to himself. He then heard him talk about the contest he was in, which happen to be the same one as him.  "You don't say?" Sky replied suprised "I came down here for the same reason! Were you at hoofer dam?" Sky asked excitedly.

In a voice, diminutive even by her own standards, Eve ordered her food, often having to speak up a bit to repeat herself when he couldn't hear a word. Then she sighed to herself as the waiter left, and closed her eyes, wearily, to think. Her form seemed even smaller than usual. Eve, maybe she doesn't think about you like that anymore, but so what? At least she's back. Don't ruin this for yourself.

''Yeah.. Apparently.'' Splinter said grimly, wishing he could throw one of his empty bottles as something. ''I've learned one thing on my trip so far, if you stay quiet, yer not gunna make any friends.'' Splinter told Sky while shrugging. ''Met up with a old enemy of mine. Always stole relationships from me from me, thinkin' he's little mister perfect. He was always a couple dozen of steps ahead of me, better than me in school.. Better than me with the mares, practically better at me than everything.'' Splinter said sadly.

"Yeah well, man I am ready to go have some fun, the night is young the clubs are open, were buzzed. You know what that means..." Sky asked expectantly. Without waiting for answer he got up and said, "Time to party!" He paid the bartender for the drinks and was headed out the door. He asked Splinter, "You coming?"

Maybe Cliff'll get denied again. Anything is possible. This has kinda become a point and click adventure at this point.'' Splinter thought to himself while following Sky.

Dox came back a few minutes later. "Well, I went ahead and talked to the driver, and he said that he would go ahead and give us a ride back to the hotel. We might as well hop in and head back now." He smiled and opened the door for Milly to enter. "C'mon, let's get back there."

Sky and Splinter hit the streets. They went to all the big clubs, Trot Drop, Vinyl's Workshop, Air, and many more. They met tons of ponies and had a blast. There were lights everywhere music turned up, speakers booming, mares dancing, free drinks, and it was good...

"I..." It seemed to take Eve a moment to comprehend what Stacy had said, but when she had, she felt the heat rising in her face as she began to splutter. In stark contrast to her words, the Star Rose began to open its petals, displaying the fragile sense of hope and beauty that rested inside. "I... What? But I thought... After everything... All this time... Really?" She seemed a strange combination of anxious, nervous, and excitement, and had forgotten that she still held her hooves in a self-comforting embrace.

Stacy nodded her head with a smile. "Yeah, even after all of that. After all of that I still like you. Y-you feel the same.... right?" Stacy asked now nervous as buck. "I mean I know that was a while ago, but I still feel that way even if you don't. And I can understand if you don't."

AsOcean left and closed the door, Scamps looke up at Airy, regrabbing his hoof. "Oh Airy," she sighed. "I can't believe you cane back. I thought you were dead. I thought...I....I...oh well. It doesn't matter now. What matters is that you're safe and with me now." She was about to pull him into a hug, when her vision began to clear, and Airy's green fur looked light blue. She pulled away, seeing somepony else.

 

"YOU?!?" She cried as she saw Cliff Chaser. "But I thought you were Airy. But, if I've been seeing you as Airy this whole time, that means that you were the one who stayed with me in the carriage, and you were the one who rushed to my rescue. But that doesn't make any sense. I thought you hated me. And you didn't let anypony else touch me, I only felt you....and I know Eve would have tried to help....which means..." Her eyes widened and voice softened as she realized why. "You do care...."

 

(Jolteon's going to kill me....)

 

He backed up automatically when she started to sniffle and sigh, continually calling him Airy and insisting she thought he was dead. Cliff was about to call for the nurse when she pounced on him in a hug, and he felt bad. It wasn't her fault she was delusional, even if it was a bit uncomfortable for him. He'd never been in a relationship before - not a long-term one, not like the relationship Scamps evidently had for this colt Airy. It made him wonder if there was something to it, after all.

 

All of a sudden her vision cleared, and she reared back as though to slap him. Cliff whinnied and backed up, ducking her exclamation. "You hit your head pretty hard, darlin'," He explained, shielding himself with a wing. She quieted, looking up at him with big, confused eyes. It was a shame, really. He offered a little grin. "I never said I hated you. I don't do that. But since you didn't seem to care much for me, I wasn't going to put any energy into making you like me." He shrugged, then laughed a little.

 

"Anyway, you should get some rest. You've had a hard day." Hanging around with a 'desperate' guy, and all, he mentally added, but said nothing. It wasn't her fault. She may be a little hysterical, and a bit crazy, but it still wasn't her fault.

"Okay," Dox said, grinning, as he sat next to her. He put his arm around her and pulled her close to him. "I'm glad that I won that sweepstakes, even if I don't know how I did it. If my mother hadn't told me, I never would have come here, and I never would have met you... heh..." He smiled at her.

Milly blushed when Dox put his arm around her and pulled her closer "I'm glad i came....i thought i wasn't going to have any fun or meet anypony cool here but i-i sure did meet somepony cool" Milly said looking up at Dox then kisses him on the cheek and puts her head on his shoulder "Hey Dox, what about when the stay is over? are we going to be able to see each other?"

''Blargle!'' Splinter screeched in his room as he tumbled off of the couch in his hotel room. ''Oh, Celestia..'' Splinter said while noticing his room looked like a hurricane had swept through it. ''What the buck was I doing earlier?'' Splinter muttered as he got up. ''Oh, crap. I had one a' those nights again.'' Splinter said while nearly stepping on a bottle of cider.

Ramona had been feeling a bit lonely since she arrived, she hadn't talked to anypony, all she did was take the carriage ride, unpack, and drink some wine, Ramona groaned angrily, she had no clue of what to do, so she just lay on her pro-luxury bed and bump her head back and forth on the pillows.

 

Ramona thought of something, she hadn't been through the big bustling city! This was pretty much what the whole thing was about! Err....Sorta....Kinda....Maybe....No.... But Ramona thought of something, and had a lot of bits on her hooves. So she set out the door.

He winked at her as the doctor propelled him out of the room. "'Course I care," Cliff said cheerfully, hoping to keep her sprits up. The doctor smiled forcefully at him, then shut the door in his face. The burly Pegasus rubbed his eyes with a wing, drained and tired all of a sudden, and then spotted Ocean sitting by herself on a bench outside the door.

 

"Hey, sweetheart," Cliff grinned, his amber eyes crinkling. "Sorry to keep you waiting. I think she'll be okay, she just hit her head pretty hard."
