@@Imagine,

Splinter's mind went blank for a few seconds. Then he snapped back to reality and shook his head. ''Sorry. Kinda zoned out there for a minute.'' Splinter told her while face hoofing. ''Anyways, what's your name? Mine is Splinter.'' Splinter said while sticking out one of his hooves for her to shake. ''This is so awkward.''

Ramona saw the pony space out for a few seconds, she just stood with a puzzled look on her face, as he eventually snapped back to reality, he said he had zoned out for a minute, and introduced himself, and stuck out one of his hooves for her to shake. Ramona introduced herself back. "Ramona." And shook his hoof.

@,

Ocean managed to keep a calm face...but inside she was panicking as Cliff brushed the drops off her back. "Y-Yea...rain." She said.

On their way back to the hotel. Ocean would shake off the water droplets slowly accumulating on her coat.

When they arrived at the hotel she took Cliff by the hoof and led him inside so she could get out of the humidity.

She turned around to face him when they were safely inside the hotel. "Sorry about that...I was just getting kinda hot. And...water...uh...I do pretty much any kind of water magic." She said, feeling slightly distracted.
She examined her body to make sure her 'other form' wasn't showing.

@@Imagine,

''Nice to meet you, Ramona.'' Splinter said as he flashed a smile. ''Ya know, just wondering.. But did you just so happen to come here for the 'Lucky Pony' competition?'' Splinter asked her as he cocked an eyebrow. ''I might as well ask her. It seems like everypony I meet is here for it.''

Splinter asked if Ramona was here because of the Lucky Pony Competition, it was. "Yes, it was, I was figuring I take time away from my acting career that apparently isn't going so well." Ramona replied. Ramona really was a good actress, but her always-getting-out-of-character ruins it all for her.

"Yes, well, I'm certainly not the best, like I just said, actually, not really an actress, put I perform in plays, and am a horrible actress in them." Ramona said, She remembered the last play she performed in, she was the main character, but ruined the entire play due to her overly being a Mary Sue-ness.

Sky started to trot away as seeing these two ponies seemed to be lost in their conversation. He went to walk around the hotel somewhere since he hasn't really paid attention to what was inside of it. He decide to go down the hallway which seemed to lead to the main foyer.

The Star Rose appeared to be in a joyous full bloom for the first time since Eve had arrived in Las Haygas. Eve, herself, wore a somewhat more reserved expression as she said, "I really don't know. I didn't really want anything to do with this place at all originally. I can't really think of anything." She shrugged. "We could always pop into one of the casinos, just to see what they're like. But if we do, I'd like to stop by my room first. Don't want to bring the rose to any place like that."

Stacy nodded. "Yeah the casinos sound good, though I dont want to lose too much money." Stacy added as the carriage pulled up to the hotel. "Well, I guess to your room then?" Stacy inquired before hopping out of the carriage and lent a hoof to rose.

(Soory for late reply)

((Rose? Bahaha. ANd no worries, I've been gaming with you. You have an excuse.))

"Yep," Eve responded, smiling, as she took Stacy's hoof and hopped down from the carriage. She trotted into the hotel and up towards the stairs. "I'd rather not waste too much, either, but I'm here. Why not at least experience it, right?"

Percussive smiled back to Para. "Great. Lets go on ahead up. It's starting to be a little late, so we should hurry up." ((Only saying that because everyone kept rushing the day. >_<))

Percussive led Para towards the elevator, moving them up towards the second floor, and going into his room. For some reason, the door to his connecting room with Eve was open...

That's odd... Could've sworn it was closed when I went to get breakfast. At least Eve isn't inside...

"Just make yourself at home, er... Hotel room.", he said, adding a bit of a chuckle to his statement.

She looked around the room. It was very similar to her own, which she probably should have suspected. However, a door leading to another room was placed in this one, which, as far as Para knew, was not in her own room. She sat on the bed, hoping Percuss wouldn't mind. She hoped he wouldn't mind. But what if he did mind? What if he got angry? Would he get angry? She hoped not. She didn't want to make any pony angry. "This room is... Nice" That was a interesting sentence. Probably not the best conversation starter. Edited by ??????

Cliff grinned when Ocean pulled him by the hoof into the hotel, and once he was safely inside, he heard the distant rumble of thunder. "Guess we got in just in time," He said. Up in the dark sky, he could see the neon-wearing Pegasus ponies who were arranging the clouds for a quick storm, in order to break the humidity in the air.

He checked the clock on the wall. "Look, it's pretty late. Do you want to raincheck that dinner 'till tomorrow?"

Ocean let out a sigh of relief then nodded up at Cliff. "Tomorrow is fine...I am feeling kinda tired after today." She said, looking out the window at the rain which was beginning to fall. "Hopefully that will stop by tomorrow." She said.

@@Count Paradox,

Milly walked out of the carriage  "Haha yea, weird" Milly said walking with Dox to the hotel "Eat? Yea, that sounds good. I'm pretty hungry, i forgot if i have even eaten today!" Milly said walking in to the hotel "So, food then a walk it is" Milly said looking at Dox and smiling

"Ok then! What would you like?" He asked as they walked into the little cafe in the hotel. He pulled out her chair for her and pushed it back in after she sat, then sat next to her. "I've no idea what they have here, so let's look at the menu..." He picked it up with his grey magic aura and placed it in front of them.

Cliff suppressed a yawn - it had been a very stressful, confusing day. But that wasn't going to stop him from getting a date with a cute filly. "So tomorrow, I'll meet you in the lobby at six, all right?" He said cheerfully, and nuzzled her behind the ear, his voice low and almost a purr. "Don't forget, sweetheart."

He trotted off to the pit floor, tail twitching behind him, and threw a half-closed gaze over his shoulder. "And stay out of the rain, Miss Ocean,"  He called.

She really was adorable, he mused as he greeted the pit boss and perused the slot machines idly. It would be a fun date. She had those beautiful eyes, that were quite sharp, but softened when she smiled. He wished she would smile more often, it did wonders for her face.

After a game or two, he'd go check in on Scamps. Ocean was right, leaving her alone in the hospital wouldn't be a good thing.

@,

Ocean nodded and jokingly rolled her eyes at the 'stay out of the rain' comment.
She found herself standing in the same place...just watching Cliff walk off to wherever.
After a moment she came to her senses and was about to go up to her room until she passed by the bar.

She thought for a moment before walking in. She sat down at the bar and a bartender trotted over. "What can I get for ya, Miss ?" He asked. "The vodka iced tea would be wonderful thank you." She said, it had been so long since she had had a drink...as in booze.

The bar tender nodded and went off to make her drink.

((I dunno who is in the Bar but this would be a good time to interact with Ocean))

Chirp nervously climbed out of the carriage.
The doorcolt pulled Chirp's large suitcase from the back of the carriage and placed it on the ground next to Chirp who took hold and slowly made his way in.
He pushed open the two glass doors and walked over to his Desk. Sunny had made herself a small nest on the top of Chirp's head and was only just beginning to wake up as Chirp approached the counter. "Um...hi." He said, gulping and staring at the mare sitting at the desk. "Good afternoon sir, How may I help you." She asked, sweetly.

"I...I w-won the sweepstakes." He said. The mare nodded and opened a file. "...Sweet Chirp ?" She asked, looking up. Chirp nodded and the mare grabbed a room key. "You're on the second floor. Have a good day Mr Chirp." She said, smiling and waving as Chirp walked over to the elevator. He slowly walked in and pushed the second floor button, squeaking as the elevator began to move up.

Sprocket tucked her baseball cap more firmly on her head, cocking it at a deliberate jaunty angle. Most of her face was hidden if she kept her chin down, and those intense gold eyes swept the lobby surreptitiously. It was uncomfortably plush, and just starting to really get moving since night had fallen and ponies were gambling. She trotted up to the front desk and braced her front hooves on the counter. "I won the Lucky Pony competition," She muttered. "Gimmie my room key."

Las Haygus wasn't her style. But it was far away from Ponyville, she'd give it that. And...oh, hello, what was that? There was an enormous clock in the middle of the lobby, silently counting down the hours, and she felt a little more comfortable. Clocks were delicate, breathing things, full of complex machinery and deep, resonant sounds. Clocks were infinitesimally precise. Sprocket took her room key and tucked it into her saddlebags.

The short, freckled orange pony hopped up on a seat in the bar, and rapped the counter with a hoof. "Cider, twist of lemon," She said to the bartender. About three seats away, there was a pale-blue pony who looked oddly lithe and slender. It didn't matter. Sprocket didn't intend to rub any shoulders in this contest.

Ocean thanked the waiter as he placed her drink down in front of her.
She took a few sips and thought for a moment...she had always hated alcohol but the mix of sweet tea and vodka...was rather nice.
She took another small sip and watched as a mare trotted over and sat down a few seats away. Ocean smiled at mare but didn't speak.

Chirp jumped as the elevator came to a sudden halt. The doors opened and he let out a small sigh of relief.
He pulled his suitcase out of the elevator and down the hall towards his room. Sunny was happily flying around above him.
He unlocked the door to his room and walked in, Sunny followed behind as Chirp closed the door and opened his suitcase. He pulled out an average sized bird house...and placed it on the dresser. Sunny flew into it happily. Chirp chuckled and began unpacking the rest of his things.

He smiled and kissed her head when she laid it on his shoulder. Dox thought for a bit about what he should order. After a few minutes, he said, "Well, I guess I'll have a grilled sunflower sandwich with some hay fries. How about you, Milly?" He positioned the menu right in front of her so she could see better.

Stacy nodded in agreement. "Yeah." was all she said in reply. The two walked into the hotel and Stacy decided to try and strike up conversation. "So, where is your room. Mine is on the third floor and the last one to the right if you go up from the main stairs."

"Alright then." He smiled gently at her. He then looked up at the waiting waiter and said, "Two grilled sunflower sandwiches and two side orders of hay fries, please!" The waiter nodded and headed back to the kitchen. Dox took this time alone to ask Milly another question. "So, Milly, where do you live?"
