yes, in the tub. no other place in the house that can truly take your mind off things... plus, resting for a good while in the tub when you feel that you're about to fall apart is the best way to deal with it. i'm still rather exhausted (i must have burned myself out really good today...), but at least i am calm now, and past the state of "AHHHHH PANIC MODE ACTIVATED FUCK EVERYTHING."

I remember as a little kid, I dreamed that the living room ceiling had Super Mario World-style spikes, and that it was slowly lowering on me. I can't remember if I actually died in that dream, though.
