oh my goodness! I'm really sorry, I'm very sure I quoted your post with many things that I didn't understand. if I didn't I'm sorry I'm doing it again.

 

 

 

I didn't understand your pose or point of view, also, I find them to be a bit contradictory. The reference is really bad TBH and LQ, I can't tell if he has ears, or they are just very pointy, also the "hole" in the tail is quite strange. horses tails are made out of hair, so I was wondering if his tail is curved in a way that made it look that there is a hole in it.

And I can't tell if he has that "white" part of his eyes or not. If you clear my doubts, you'll have slot # 24 for sure

Ill go ahead and answer it, but its not in a way you would really like.

 

For the pose, I believe it is called 3/4. I don't really know the different types of poses, but this is what some people went in their request.

The head I wanted it to be looking at the side, but I changed that and instead I wanted it to follow up with the body angle while the eyes are looking at you or whatnot.

 

I really suck at drawing tbh. I don't take it harshly to anyone saying that though.

 

The ears, I actually forgot to put them there. For that though, just make it so that the ears are completely hidden away from the hair since 80% of it was cut off.

It sounds stupid, but I put a lot of thought into what I said ^.

 

The tail, yes it is made from hair. I outline everything since I stink at blending colors so it looks like its metal or something.

 

For the white part on his eye, im assuming you're talking about that white that is next to where the eye color is and not the dots from sunlight.

That in fact, is one thing I never noticed until you mentioned it. Because of that, im probably just gunna redraw my pony to take out/fix most of the stuff I made mistakes in.

He does have that white part though.

Hey, you deserve it! Upon hindsight I wish I had requested wing-swords. I didn't want them because I thought that was unreasonable. I CLEARLY underestimated your skill! Let me know if you come out with something more personal, I'd love to see your personally motivated creations!

They would be single edged weapons like sabers or the more modern machete (or the classic katana if I must be stereotypical). The false edge (the dull side) would hug the outstretched wing. So if the pegasus was flying directly at his target, both cutting edges would be facing the foe. It's the idea that pegasus ponies have a good degree of control and wide range of motion with their wings that a non-thinking animal would not have; taken to it's logical end. THIS ISN'T A REQUEST OR ANYTHING!  I just wanted to clarify the idea.

I think slowing down is perfectly acceptable, especially since you're running a request thread here. Watching people get pushy in req threads leaves a bitter taste in my mental mouth. lol

I guess it's a little rude of me to criticize artists that do it -- considering the best I can do is scribble junk on a page -- but I think it's important to have some variety. Even if you were just doing what was requested, the fact that you can bank all those poses and expressions just equals win.
