What is the worst you've ever scared someone? (pranks)

Several years ago, being the little shit I was, I hid under my brother's bed before he went to sleep. For half an hour I kept lightly scratching the underside of the bed frame and ever so softly whispering his name in the creepiest voice I could make.

 

I knew I'd been getting to him because he eventually got out of bed. And that is when I grabbed his ankle.

 

 

My parents were pissed. Pretty sure I scarred him for life.

My dad and little sister are really good at that, though with my track record I suppose I have it coming. Scares make life so much more interesting.

Most of my intentional scares simply involve me standing behind an open door, letting someone (usually my little sister) walk in, and I politely greet them with a nice, deep "Hello..." as they're shutting the door to reveal me. You'd be surprised how many bricks get shat by something so simple.

The worst thing I think I've done is waiting for my friend (Not sure if I should consider him a friend since recently he's been. Judging me, but regardless) to come over to my house, as he comes every Summer, since he lives in a different state. I hid in my ghillie suit outside, waiting for him. He actually nearly stepped on me, but before he did, I grabbed his ankle, dragged him down, and started making a really deep "RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" scream.

 

His expression was priceless, but I nearly broke a tooth from getting punched. Ah, good times.

Now the worst I've scared someone.....

I would actually have to say that it was my cat that I scared the worst. Completely went ninja and snuck up on him (he had no clue). Barley touched him and he jumped so high!   Couldn't find him after that for like a day. Good times

There were two incidents. The first one was on accident, where I accidentally slammed a door in a girls face. I was coming out of our school's basement, and at the top of the basement stairs,were two, windowless doors. So I opened one really fast and accidently hit a girl in the face. I felt bad, and she wasn't expecting it at all. However, she was alright and we're good friends now. In fact, that's how we actually met.

 

The second time was on April Fools day. My dad's car is one that you have to lock manually, so I told him that I locked the only pair of keys in the car. That pissed him off and freaked him out because it was right before he had to go to work. However, the car was unlocked, and my dad got revenge on me later that day.

My best friend and I were playing hide and go seek at midnight at a birthday party.  He had just come out of the house to go search for us, when I jumped out of a 13-foot tree and landed right in front of him.  He pretty much just flipped a shit.

  After I watched Signs with my sister and her friends, I went into my sisters room and hid in her closet.  Then when she and her friends came into the room, I jumped out and screamed.  Their screams were deafening .  That was probably the best reaction I've gotten from trying to scare someone.
