I can draw...? With a lot of help.

I hope this works...

I won't lie, I needed some...assistance for that. But small steps first.

Technically it's a pony-creator-picture ripoff, combined with advice from here http://www.dragoart.com/tuts/9286/1/1/how-to-draw-big-macintosh,-big-mac.htm

...But nonetheless; let me introduce you to my ponysona, Tender Voice!

Before somepony asks, his Cutiemark is a diapason and an olive branch.

I thought about that a lot, and in real life, I think I am more of the conflict solver, who talks after he listened to what has been said.

But enough from me.

Your critic is welcome.

Well you can draw and there is plenty of space for improvement, your not the best, nor are you the worse. I can see that you're a traditional artist (obviously) you use pencils and paper instead of tablets and computers.

Where you're at, just keep drawing, use whatever resources you have, draw draw draw until you think your drawing skills are good enough. When I use light pencils and fineliners to draw practically anything.

My tips for drawing:

1. use light pencil

2. have good anatomy in your art

3. use a fine-liner to darken and thicken your lines

4. make some lines thick and some lines thinner, it makes the drawing look better

5. use colours and get creative

6. never give up

(example of line thickening technique here http://swigglyswiggly.deviantart.com/art/Scrap-1-374365737)

Pretty awesome work, man!

The position, proportions and everything else look just fine, a very good drawing. He has some special marks, like the broken horn (a story behind that, or was that just an idea?) and the exotic eyes, or the darker snout, all of this is still decent neough for it to look still good.

Interesting cutie mark as well, totally different from the generic ones.

Good job, keep drawing and you´ll be even better!

@@SwigglySwiggly, Thanks for the feed back. I will try to consider that in future stuff.

@@Friendship_Cannon, Thank you. And yes there is a story behind the horn. And behind everything else; from his specific body features to his Cutiemark.

Nice! A real great start to drawing, looks like! A bit of critique-

The neck is a little too long, and a bit thin. To fix things like this up you can put a bit of anatomy down first (circles and lines, etc.) for posing.

His tail looks a little awkward. Practice makes perfect on this one.

Other than that, I think this is great. :)
