I started playing recently, and I have to say it's quite entertaining. The visuals are great and each champion has his or her own playstyle. That being said, it's a pretty competitive game from what I understand.

yeah, my friend who i was helping get into plat had the same issue yesterday, lost like 5 in a row because of afkers, trolls etc. but plat I is still freakin baller gj man!

So. Season 4. I'm scared already. With all these changes, it'll take me few days to get back into supports once more... Also, anyone else believes that with increase on jungler's effectiveness and gold making abilities, Rivens etc will no longer need top lane to fed themselves? Throwing a mildly fed jungler on bot lane will be destructive. So far they were there to provide CC to secure kills, now I fear they might just murder 80% of hp from a char and leave the rest to original lane.

 

Also, man, RIOT certainly sucks at making splash arts, but their music is just... awesome.

Just had one of my worst games ever. During it, I discovered the part of the League community that everyone complains about. I was on Skype with a friend (DaftSummoner) when we got queued with another group of 3 who were far more obviously on Skype. Our Draven (one of them) AFKed for an extended period of time, leaving our support lux to solo bot lane. When we requested a surrender, they declined and responded with abusive language. After the game, they requested the other team report us for "negative behavior". Hope I don't sound like I'm complaining, it just REALLY got me angry.

Well, it'd be nice to have some ponies to play with. I never solo-que as randoms tend to be trolls or frustrate me. When my other friends have full groups, having some pony folk on the team may make things better. I can Top, Jungle, Mid and Support, just can't ADC. I'm not an super-competitive player, mostly just a recreational player, something to do with friends and such. Feel free to send me a message if you want my in game name. To get it working you download UT Mod, run the exe, then close it. Next, you add the MLP folder to the sound packs folder, run the exe again, and select the pony pack, then select your region then patch.

I still don't see the appeal in LoL, I tried getting into it when ALL my teamspeak buddies got into it, but I just couldn't. I ended up not talking to them for 6 months because that is all they played, and just hearing them talk about it drove me up the fucking wall, it just sounded like the same old shit being repeated over and over again.
